Will Tim have a backing band for London gig?

In my experience, if it's going to be an acoustic gig, it will say so somewhere,so you could be in luck. Have an amazing Time and tell us all about it. I am yet to regret any trip I have made to see Tim, by road or by air.

OP, I hope you weren't disappointed. I quite like the acoustic gigs. When I go to concerts I quite like to hear the songs done differently, rather than too much like how they sound on the record. Weather with you on piano sounded great, and I'm very happy I got to hear it done that way, rather than on guitar which would have been the more 'obvious' way to do it.
