I was thinking that too. Best singing I've heard from her certainly!

Got to say, from a marketing point of view, putting Neil at the front may have made more sense. I know Jools mentioned Neil at least once, but having him at the front would have let the public see him and recognise him. Just my $0.02

Cool, thanks for clearing that up! Madeleine and Neil are twitter pals. I think Sharon stole that performance. Wink

I was thinking how terrifying it must have been for Sharon, being so new to all this, and now on live TV.

Not sure I got the same impression about Sharon's vocal - most of the time I thought the prominent voice in the mix was the backing vocal. Just my ears? But visually, I agree Sharon looked perfectly in command and the whole band came across well. Looking forward to Friday to see if they did any more Smiler

No I agree and I thought Sharon's vocal on the parts she did solo (primarily at the start) were some of the strongest I've heard. Not sure why they brought in another backing singer, does Alana double up on TMWYW live?

Overall I thought it was a good performance, shame they couldn't have rescheduled PJC's appearance for later in the run so Alana & possibly Sean could have made it.

I'm hoping for a 2nd song on Friday's show.
