People always ask me why I go to so many gigs by Crowded House / Neil Finn - isn't each show essentially the same is a comment I get all the time. The variation in setlists is always one of the responses I throw back. Even so, in a moment of boredom I was surprised to work out that in just 3 shows of the recent UK tour that I attended (Cardiff, Wembley, RAH) the band played 42 different songs:
A Sigh
Better Be Home Soon
Black And White Boy
Chocolate Cake
Distant Sun
Don't Dream It's Over
Don't Stop Now
Fall At Your Feet
Fingers Of Love
Four Seasons
Hole In The River
I'm Only Sleeping
In My Command
In The Lowlands
Into Temptation
Italian Plastic
It's Only Natural
Locked Out
Love You Till The Day I Die
Mean To Me
Message To My Girl
Nails In My Feet
Nobody Wants To
People Are Like Suns
Pineapple Head
Pour Le Monde
Private Universe
Recurring Dream
Say That Again
She Called Up
She Goes On
She Walked Her Way Down
Silent House
Something So Strong
Those Were The Days
Throw Your Arms Around Me
Transit Lounge
Walking On The Spot
Weather With You
When You Come
World Where You Live
You Are The One To Make Me Cry
I think that's pretty amazing. What other band does that? I know Temple wasn't well represented but even 5 songs were played from that album.
