It's usually licencing issues, isn't it, though this would be a bit weird, given it's CH and Australia.
There's a Spotify "music addition request" form, you could fill that in and see what happens. Spotify also advise to contact the artist or their record label. If you're on Twitter you could contact CrowdedHouseHQ there? Or email them? (I'm sure we could get a number of people here to do the same if that helps.)
The issue raised by Silent Stream still persists. All bonus tracks remain greyed out and unplayable. A shame, I loved the bonus tracks on TOE. Here's A Note, Purple Light, Lost Island, Stare Me Out, Distance Across are all excellent.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
