Anyone fancy a meet up/drinks etc. after the Royal Albert Hall show on Dec 11th?
Maybe something similar to the Hyde Park/Pontefract Castle meet up back in June?

Almost started a new thread, but then I remembered this one.
So, any plans for a meet-up? I am sure there must be a lot of familiar faces and/or names out there on Tuesday, so, any ideas?? I don't know London all that well, sorry.

Suzanne, I've been to 2 gigs that you were at, it's about time I met you! I'll be around from about 6.30, and then my time is unlimited afterwards, so count me in!
Ok looks like we're definitely gonna pick a place to meet before the gig. Checking a few options. Will confirm venue soon so watch this space.
Might be a prob AFTER the CH show as many of the pubs in the area close at 11pm.

Ok - suggest anyone who wants to meet up BEFORE the RAH show head for 'THE BUILDERS ARMS', No.1. Kensington Court Place, Kensington, London, W8 5BJ.
Seems as good as anywhere, and not too far from the RAH.
Check the link below for some info. Should be there around 5pm onwards. Wear badges or perhaps something RED?!! Or shout out 'I Love Crowded House!' on your arrival (I dare ya!).
Remember the CH and Duke Special stage times have been rather early on this tour, so will probably need to head on the the RAH around 7pm latest in order to catch all the proceedings.

However, the timings for this gig are different - it is a pretty unique gig after all - because the doors only open at 7pm, so i'd guess duke will be on at 8 and the crowdies at 9? just a guess...

I think you may be right SC88, I think it was the same in Stockholm and Brussels (does that answer your question? ). It would be a shame to miss Duke Special though, so I will be there at 7-ish, I think.

Yes it could be that stage timings might be a little later than generally on this tour, so assume we'll stay at The Builders Arms until 7pm, setting off for the RAH at that time.
Unlikely we'll have any guitars with us this time around by the way. It worked really well at The Pontefract Castle June 23rd, but not sure logistics work this time around.

I hope you don't mind a stranger joining you for a pint or too, I'll be in the area around 5pm and was wondering what I was going to do while I wait for my wife to arrive.
