Hi again. I've seen that Hessie was a member of (or at least a session drummer for) Sydney-based band, The Seamonsters. They released a single called "Black Rum" in September 1984, along with a video for the song in which a sharply-dressed Hessie is playing a snare drum to the music's electronic drum track.

Would I be right in guessing that this was recorded and released in-between Split Enz finishing their "Conflicting Emotions" tour and recording their "See Ya Round" album? It makes sense on paper but I wanted to double-check this and also see if anybody could elaborate on Paul's involvement with The Seamonsters.
