Midnight Oil performed the second show of their European tour last night, 11th  June, at the Olympia Theatre in Dublin, a mere 25 years after their only other performances in Ireland!

Irish singer/songwriter Declan O’Rourke opened the show and for the final song of his well received set he had two guest musicians  - Midnight Oil’s Jim Moginie on guitar/vocals and Nick Seymour on bass/vocals.

Crowded House will be represented again in Dublin tomorrow when Neil performs with Fleetwood Mac at the R.D.S.

Nick received a nice acknowledgement from Neil last night during the Fleetwood Mac show in Dublin. He was at the show and Neil thanked him for helping him record “Don’t Dream It’s Over” before he performed it to it’s largest ever audience in Ireland.
