Yes, I noticed this in the age yesterday too. For those of you who don't like waiting for the story to scroll acroos the page, here it is normally.

Pay TV channel is producing a new live performance show, The Sessions to be hosted by former Crowded house drummer Paul Hester. Loosely based on the British series Later With Jools, which airs on the channel, the show films bands as they play live for a small invited audience in an intimate, club-like environment. Coldplay-the first big act to perform for the show-recorded a semi-acoustic set at the Sydney Opera House, and iconic New York rockers Blondie hop into a studio in Melbourne today. The Sessions will screen later this year.

This news has been up on the Paul Hester bulletin board for a while now, so I'd say that PG would know about it already!

It's a pity that the only type of forum for this type of show is on paytv (and not free-to-air) so many people will miss out (like me) on seeing Hessie if they don't have it!
