Bb | Edim | Eb | F7 |
Edim Gdim | Bbdim F7/C |

VERSE 2

I went out to see if I could live forgotten days
That was my mistake, that was my mistake

Cm / / B#5 | Cm Cm/B | Bb Eb | Bb Eb |

CHORUS 2

What's gone is gone, sweet memory
Don't let them get the best of me
No more lost in history,
No more lust for love
All I needed was a friend,
To make me stop and think again
The call to arms is loud and clear
Tally-ho your health my dear

Cm / / B#5/G | Cm Cm/B | Bb Eb | Bb Eb |

I went out to see if I could fall in love again
That was my mistake, that was my mistake

That was my mistake, that was my mistake repeat...

Cm / / B#5 | Cm Cm/B | Bb Eb | Bb / Eb Eb/D |
Cm / / B#5 | Cm Cm/B | Bb Eb | G F |
Bb Eb | G F | Bb Eb | G F |

Bb Eb | G F | Bb Eb | G F |
Bb Eb | G F |

OUTRO

Bb Bb#5/F# Edim Eb | Bb Bb#5/F# Edim Eb | Cm | C | C G | C ||

I guess the B#5/G is technically Cm(maj7)/G without the root note (C).

Hey Camus, for those of us beginner guitarists, how about a visual guide to those non-regular chords? Like what the heck is the fingering for a B#5? Happy with a standard 032010 = C type representation.

Much obliged.

(Actually, now that I look at the My Mistake tab, that might take you 'til next Christmas to do . . . Crikey! Might have to just go look at my chord book . . .)

Yes, nambas, it's not suspicious at all, it is Lion Rock. Wink

I was just there two weeks ago. One of the most beautifully rugged places on earth, I think.

Saw Neil and Tim's homes too!

That chord chart for My Mistake is for piano.

Umm, yeah, I realized that after I posted my extremely lame reply, hence the sad attempt to make fun of myself within lame reply for said lame reply.

*goes off to try the chart on piano as well*

B#5, is to play the B# (C) chord without the '3rd'...

Uh, no. Not even I'm pedantic enough to have a B#. I mean a B major chord with a sharp 5 so it would be B D# Fx (x standing for double sharp which translates to G), or to put it a bit more simply, as Cm(maj7) B Eb G.

Guess I should have put a space between the B and the #5. I'd completely forgotten that it could be interpreted as a power chord.
