Hello,

I bought tickets for both of these last year, knowing that I would choose one and sell the other.

I'm mainly wondering about noise as I don't enjoy really enjoy loud rock shows anymore. (ie. Your ears are ringing afterwards).

For those who have been to both, which is louder?  And if they're both loud, would Riverboats be easier as I could just move further from the stage?

Thanks

Haha you're cheeky Annie! πŸ˜‚ Have you had a crack at the Facebook event pages? I was extremely lucky - about a week or two after securing tickets to Riverboats (thanks again for helping me with that 😘), a couple of tickets became available for the Saturday session (someone scheduled a wedding that day, disgraceful! hahaha πŸ˜‚) and I wasn't about to pass them up. Given that it's less than three weeks away, and other events do have a habit of popping up at inopportune times for many people, you might have a better chance if you ask around now. I'll keep an eye out for you in any case. 🀞🏻🀞🏻🀞🏻 Is the Friday the only night you can go?

Byrds, they're both outdoor gigs so you could probably move a little further from the stage in either case. The Zoo show will probably give you more bang for your buck; looking at the timetables, I'm guessing that show will be a bit longer (and who doesn't want maximum Finn goodness?!). I have been informed that a couple of the earlier acts at Riverboats are also quite good, so you should have fun at either/both session(s).

I was told by someone who went to the Cat Empire Zoo session the other day that Zoo members will get priority entry, followed by all other ticketholders, but that there really isn't a bad viewing position. Sounds like it has been organised well for the punters.
