Um... Where can I find my member number ?

Ho Sophie-you would of been given a membership number when you paid and joined the fanclub, usually it's on a card in the membership kit, and recently on the front of the envelope (top left hand corner)of the crowded house xmas cards that went out.

I see ! The trouble is I singned/paid TODAY ! Is there any chance I could get this code

in time for the pre-sale, which is going to be next Friday. I will never get my letter soon enough ... ( Belgium is a bit far away)

Sophie-sorry I don't have a fanclub payment under that name, maybe just email me the paypal details, Are you sure you don't mean you paid for Dizzy Heights via Neil's website??? Peter, no, this has nothing to do with my cd order.

Maybe something went wrong when I signed for premium membership, as

I wasn't redirected to PAYPAL.

It says my membership is active, though.

 

I think you've signed onto the Premium Frenz Forum package which is not the club.. maybe Deb can chime in and explain it?

gryphon hinted in email yesterday he thought today's presale was for CD purchasers, and the fanclub on the 27th - but I didn't see any place you could buy a CD in advance for a code.

So why do I have the option to buy the CD on the ticket page?

 

I managed to get Tom Petty fanclub tickets by paying to join the fanclub in the ticket transaction once: this looks like similar.  It's pointless selling me a second CD if I had to buy a first one to get the pasword.

Same password problem here, trying for tickets for the Lowry.

Did I miss something in the last couple of weeks about this? - about preordering the CD to obtain the password?

Anyone know if the O2 presale tomorrow has the same requirements?

Peter told us no password was needed, nothing was said about pre-ordering CD, am also totally confused and fed up with all the stress of trying for tickets in pre-sales!

so where do we go to pre-order CD and get password - even though I've already pre-orders it on iTunes 

Can someone at least post where the cd can be pre-ordered, so us fan club members can get tickets today?

Just came off the phone with the local Ticketmaster office as the Amsterdam pre-sale didn't work. It appears there is an invalid url to the pre-sale on the webpage.

It will be corrected today so Amsterdam will be available to.

 

Let's hope there is no password necessary there..! SO frustrating when PG says no password is needed and Ticketmaster do ask for one...

I've tried ordering on Ticketmaster whilst trying to purchase tickets but still wants a password!

Dublin doesn't seem to be working too. Maybe they have not yet updated the page. Anyone else had success for this date? (Thanks Peter for all your amazing work. You continue to be a legend!)

How do you mean log on? Where? I did receive a confirmation from peter that my preorder was received and payed.

I just tried to also order from the MusicGlue site. I don't mind ending up with two copies if that gets me access now, but I didn't receive a password after buying there..

People who pre-ordered the CD through music glue (see link above) got a password that they apparently can use today.

The fan club pre sale has been advertised as starting tomorrow, so I can only assume that by tomorrow, no passwords will be needed.

Off course it seriously sucks that there are different pre-sales and that only those that pre-ordered through music glue (who charge ridiculous shipping costs) can already order today. But that's what the whole music business is like today, so it seems. I gather we must be glad that only a Frenz subscription allows for any form of pre sale as it is.

Managed to get front row middle for Birmingham and second row middle for Nottingham.

 

Happy as a happy thing with a very special reason to be happy.

 

And yes, I did need the password I got when I ordered the album off Neil's website...

Well I've just ordered the CD and logged into the newly-created musicglue account (though it said I was already signed up, which I didn't realise) - it sent me a new password link where bizarrely I had to put the confirmation password in before the starting password - as if I'm not confused enough already - so I now have absolutely no idea if I will get an email with the ticket password.  Alkady's message suggests I will - and yes, I am seriously late for work.

So the whole this is total nonsense - you didnt have to buy a CD !
