I can only conclude this song is alot harder to sing than we might think.
DDIO is a hard song to sing, For me, it involved a lot of switching between chest and head registers.
I remember an Aus Idol contestant singing quite a nice reggae version of "Now We're Getting Somewhere". I remember the face but not the name and can't seem to find the clip anywhere.
