I was wondering if any of you musically-minded frenz out there remember a UK group called City Boy? If you do, can you remember the name of an album they had out in the mid '70s that had a song called "Young Men Gone West" and something about bordellos, on it? I would be really happy if someone could tell me the name of the album. I used to have it on tape (my older cousin had the album) and I would be grateful if anyone can help me. Thanks. Smiler

Kaysee.

KaySee, did you ever get a hold of that tape, or even a c.d. of Young Men Gone West ? If not, I could make you a tape, as I have a nearly mint vinyl album of the same.

I remember being blown away by City Boy at a concert of the Canadian power pop band, Prism, in 1979. I'd never heard of them before, but they astounded the audience. This was at the time of their The Day the Earth Caught Fire album. It was the first time I'd seen an opening act called back for an encore. I've been trying to track down a c.d. version of TDTECF.
