I have two CD's with Be My Guest:

1. Crowded House: Dutch Treat 1993 [2:44]

2. Neil Finn: Next Magazine Sampler 1998 [3:29]

Are there any other versions?

As Bsnifter pointed out, it should be on Homebrew. I read this on older posts, but not being lucky enough to possess it we need a confirmation... by someone savvyer than me Wink

Thanks, Steve. Was this an official CD from Next magazine or a bootleg? What country of origin (if you know)?

It is an official CD, 'Next Magazine Sampler 001" circa Sept 98 or 99 from here in LA. I can provide scans if there is any interest.

Yes please! This one has completely passed me by (although I do have the recording on VERY low mp3 quality Frowner

Amazing how new discoveries like this continue to be made. I've known about this version for a while as it was broadcast on radio - but apparently Steve is the only person to be aware of its official release for the past 12 or so years!
