Any Best Of Neil Finn (Solo)?

The Pineapple Head ·
So I need to create a best of compilation for Neil's solo work as one of my friends would like to hear some of his songs and that is her preferred form to experience music for the first time. As we know, there isn't a best of album. Has anyone suggested a best of on a different thread on the forum? If not, what songs would you put on it?

Taking a quick crack at it, ordered roughly chronologically and obviously weighted earlier in his career: She Will Have Her Way Sinner Astro Addicted Driving Me Mad Last To Know Lullaby Requiem Into the Sunset There Is a Light (from 7WC) In My Blood Chameleon Days Terrorise Me

Only his solo albums? What about songs from Pajama Club, Lightsleeper, or the Finn Brothers?

Fair enough. Maybe then just Non-CH/SE stuff.

Excellent. Here's what I recommend. You see the problem with Neil Finn is that his best songs are almost always slow or mid-tempo middle of the road pop songs. Don't get my wrong, they're the best songs ever written, but when you put them all together the result can be a bit dull. So you gotta spice it up with some of Neil's more interesting material. Otherwise you'll lose your listener. With that in mind, I like something along these lines: Bodhisattva Blues - 7 World Collide Can't Put It...

This is amazing Painaporo! Out of curiosity, do you have anything similar for Tim?
