Before and After is early 90s Tim. There are a few trite moments and simple rhymes, but it covers a lot of good ground and includes "Persuasion", co-penned by Richard Thompson (middle 8 by Neil); one of his better singles imho.
Say it is So was done with Wilco I understand, around 2000. It's got some grunge moments and has "Death of a Popular Song", which I still enjoy. I saw Tim on that tour and it was my first Finn show.
I'm hardly an expert, and actually those are the only Tim I have. But they have a cherished place in the collection, nonetheless. Hit the ground running!
