I think it's a good pic, and I'm assuming the reason they look older is because they ARE older.

The lettering kind of reminds me of the ToLM lettering.

Either way, I'm not sure it's supposed to be representative of a new "image" or anything. My guess is that it's a random snap the Webmaster put up because it was mentioned on that board that the other picture was old.
