The only option is a refund.
I received the following email yesterday:

Unfortunately, we are unable to supply this product in your country's region or format.
We will be actioning refunds immediately.

I haven't actually received the refund yet, but I'm not going to pursue the issue since I was able to find a solution that allows me to watch the DVD.
