This could be a whole topic for separate discussion but often for me some of the best moments are Neil's Middle 8s/bridges. He's such a master at taking a song off at a strange tangent but then unexpectedly arriving back at the starting point in time to go seamlessly into a verse or chorus. I dabble in songwriting and it's such a difficult thing to do well. English Trees is another great one and Falling Dove.
PS I'm not musically trained so I don't know if Middle 8 is strictly the correct term but The Beatles always referred to them that way and Neil comes from the same musical tradition.
