Yes, you have been gnawing the nails off your feet for this (you may just not have realized that yet): the Neil Finn / Finn Brothers Repertoire Key/Mixtape Guide is here at last, designed to help you make the best out of your compilation tapes/CDs.

Would make a new edition of this to include the DH songs -- but only if at least 10 forum members like this post.
Thanks Dorthonion! This made my day!
Some geeky, minor (pun intended) criticism...I think many theorists would argue that songs with the same tonic are "compatible," regardless of mode. Meaning, a song in B major could be happily followed by a song in B minor, or vice versa. If it were my guide, I'd put the parallel major/minor mode in the "compatible" columns.
And while this guide is a cool tool that surely is capable of good results...sometimes you gotta break the rules, right? Sometimes songs will sequence well with no regard to their key. Just sayin'.

This guide has now been updated to include the "Dizzy Heights" songs and the "Song Of The Lonely Mountain".
Enjoy!
Thank you Dorthonion
Aw where did the key guide go?!
Into online oblivion with finnatics.de, but if two or three post a request, I will pull the files out of digital storage and attach them here (Deb, are PDFs a problem?)
What happened to finnatics.de, will it be back?
@astronaught -- no, that website won't be back up since EMI back in the day had requested I hand that domain name over along with neilfinn.de.
- The Neil / FB guide (incl. up to "Dizzy Heights") should be downloadable here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ecwx...PM-Guide-V2.pdf?dl=0
- And the CH guide (incl. up to "Intriguer") is here
That's awesome. Thank you! But the Neil / FB Guide just links to the CH guide again.
Better now?
